p999 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Introduction

Welcome to p999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and p999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the p999 website at p999.biz and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on p999, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the p999 platform.

These Terms apply to all players on p999 regardless of the device used to access the platform, the game category played, or the payment method used. They apply equally to standard accounts and High Roller accounts.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a p999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p999 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a p999 employee or contractor.

p999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until the verification is resolved. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on p999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings or by contacting p999 support at [email protected].

• Account registration is free. p999 does not charge any fee to open an account.
• You must not share your account with any other person. Your account is personal to you.
• p999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero.

04 Deposits

p999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no deposit fees charged by p999 — any fees applied by your payment provider are outside p999's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds will be held pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your p999 account in real time in most cases. Delays caused by payment provider processing times are outside p999's control.
• p999 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency.
• Deposit limits may be set by the player from the account settings page. p999 encourages all players to use deposit limits as part of responsible gaming.
• p999 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment source at its discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on p999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There are no withdrawal fees charged by p999 at any account level.

Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ৳50,000. High Roller Bronze and Silver tier players have a daily limit of ৳1,00,000. Gold tier players can withdraw up to ৳3,00,000 per day. Diamond tier players have custom limits agreed with their account manager.

• Withdrawals are processed automatically for standard amounts. The average processing time on p999 is under five minutes.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• p999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected. The player will be notified if this occurs.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash portion of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

p999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback for High Roller players, reload bonuses, and birthday bonuses. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of claiming the bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all p999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be completed within the stated timeframe. Incomplete wagering requirements result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• p999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account closed.
• The weekly High Roller cashback carries zero wagering requirements and is credited every Monday. The Thursday reload bonus carries a 3x wagering requirement within the High Roller section only.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on p999 are operated by licensed studios using certified random number generation systems. p999 does not control or influence the outcome of any live dealer game or RNG-based game on the platform.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. p999 does not reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface.
• p999 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system error, including incorrectly displayed odds or limits.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or using more than one p999 account in any form.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other method that p999 determines to be abusive.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and table games.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent financial activity on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using p999 to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at p999 support staff or other players.

09 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your p999 account credentials. p999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your p999 account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. This is strongly recommended for all players.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

• p999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

p999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

When an account is closed for a Terms violation, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. The cash balance (funds deposited by the player, net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, unless the closure is related to fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

• p999 is not liable for losses caused by a player's failure to read and understand game rules or bonus conditions.
• p999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• In the event of a verified platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome, p999's liability is limited to returning the affected stake to the player's account.

Nothing in these Terms limits p999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming
